Another nomination for the Philharmonic
The Mieczysław Karłowicz Szczecin Philharmonic has made it to the final stage of the “We are Europe” contest. By joining efforts, we can prove that Szczecin is the place to have made the best use of the EU funds so far.
The main aim of the “We are Europe” contest is to promote the changes experienced, and the investments implemented by Polish cities thanks to EU-funded projects. One such project is the Mieczysław Karłowicz Szczecin Philharmonic, which has made it to the final twenty of the “We are Europe” contest.

The city to receive the largest number of online votes will host the prestigious event called the Polish Day of European Funds. This unique event will be crowned with a concert featuring stars of Polish music. However, there is more to compete for. The winning city will receive up to PLN 50,000 to carry out an innovative public-purpose project. The results of the “We are Europe” contest will be announced on 27 July 2015.
