During the cultural fest „PoKuSa”-Polnische Kultur-Saison” - Szczecin will be the only Polish city to present itself in all its glory, including the promotion of its candidacy for the title of the European Capital of Culture in 2016.

„PoKuSa”– Polnische Kultur-Saison“ takes place as part of the 27th „Internationaler Kulturlustgarten“, lasting from 13 to 16 May, in Berlin.

There will be a mass event called "Kulturlustgarten" on the land of the People’s Park in Mariendorf in the Tempelhof-Schöneberg district. The Polish-German Society in Berlin plans, together with the organiser of the four-day cultural event to stage within its framework for the first time a separate Polish-German cultural fest, in a form never seen before in Berlin. Taking place for many years now, „Kulturlustgarten“, with a wide gastronomic and trade proposition, as well as a diversified artistic programme, can be compared to the German-French Festival of the People or the German-American Festival of the People when it comes to the number of visitors. Last year, over 100.000 people visited "Kulturlustgarten". 

Under the attractive title "PoKuSa – 1. Polnische KulturSaison" there will be a diversified musical and theatrical artistic programme as a part of "Kulturlustgarten", which is to be directed to the Berliners who have had a limited contact with Poland, as well as to the Berlin Polish community and those interested in Poland.
