The inspection of the Glinki–Kraśnica district inaugurated the workshop attended by 6th-semester students of the Institute of Architecture and Spatial Planning ZUT – majoring in architecture and urban planning (10 people) and 2nd-semester students of the Instituut voor Bouw en Bedrijfskunde Hogeschool Rotterdam (10 people).

Students of Architecture from Szczecin and Rotterdam will together prepare spatial development of seaside areas within Glinki-Kraśnica district in Szczecin.

The largest and most prominent festival promoting cities and regions was organised for the 4th time on 21-22 April 2010 in Warsaw. One of the awards went to Szczecin.

Szczecin has been working on the City Information System, with workshops on the System being organised by City Hall. Anyone interested can take part in the discussion on a specially-activated website. The assumptions adopted for the system should be defined in July next year.

An exhibition of projects by graduate students from the Architecture and Spatial Planning Institute offer creative proposals as a basis for future development.

A design by Daria Kowerczuk from Lisia Góra has been selected to adorn promotional materials and vehicles in the city’s brand-building campaign.
