The investment site, designated for manufacturing and warehousing functions, is located in the Eastern Oder Bank District, in Dąbie estate, in the area of Lubczyńska-Kniewska streets, at the exit route from Szczecin in the direction of Świnoujście, Kołbaskowo and the centre of Poland.

In the vicinity there are industrial enterprises and logistics companies, both Polish and European. A private plot of land of ca. 70 ha is to be developed, too.

A potential development project to be located: 5 km from A6 Motorway, 23 km from Szczecin – Goleniów Airport, 22 km from Kołbaskowo border crossing point and ca. 22 km from the centre of Szczecin.
