The investment site, designated for manufacturing- warehousing purposes, is located in the area of Międzyodrze at Gdańska Street, in the area of former post-industrial and storing developments, currently designated for restructuring, in the vicinity of the largest in the southern Baltic sea-port. The site is undeveloped but has access to the quay.

A potential development project to be located: 3 km from the city centre and the central railway station, 40 km from Szczecin-Goleniów Airport, 20 km from Kołbaskowo border crossing point.
