Fabryczna Street
A 5.7 ha site is located in the north-western corner of Gryfino, east of Fabryczna Street, neighbouring a railway side track and a charcoal manufacturing facility. The site is connected to the power network, water-pipe network, sewerage system, and gas network. There is no rainwater sewerage system.
Pniewo
Totalling 5.4 ha, the said area is situated south of Gryfino, neighbouring the grounds of "Dolna Odra" power plant. The site is not fully developed.
