The investment site designated for the industrial and warehousing function is located in the area of Goleniów Industrial Park, in the immediate vicinity of S3 express road, Szczecin-Świnoujście railway line, 7 km away from the Szczecin Goleniów Airport, 35 km from Szczecin, and 50 km from the border crossing point at Kołbaskowo. So far more than 33 Polish, European, Asian and American companies have situated their facilities at the Goleniów Industrial Park.

Total site area:  The total area of the industrial park is of 405 ha, including approx. 65 ha of the Sub-Zone of Kostrzyn-Słubice Special Economic Zone. The offered development area totals ca. 113 ha.
Land utilities:  The park has an internal road prepared for heavy transportation. The utilities such as water-pipe network, gas network, sewerage system, telecommunication lines are available along the road.
