Existing Exhibition and Fair Centre

The MTS Centre of 5.8 ha includes an exhibition hall of 4,000 m2. The hall consists of 2 conference rooms for 200 people each and a banquet room of 650 m2 with restaurant facility.

In front of the hall situated are car parks for 750 cars, whereas the remaining area of 3.0 ha is used to organise outdoor events and to provide additional car park capacity. The Centre is the only exhibition and conference facility in Szczecin.

In the immediate vicinity of the Centre situated is a plot of 6.7 ha owned by the City and leased by a bus transportation company.

Building of modern Exhibition and Conference Centre

Plans include building of a modern Exhibition and Conference Centre using 4.5 ha of land which is now leased by the bus company. The new centre will encompass an exhibition and conference building of versatile use, developed to meet European standards.

It is going to be a three level facility of build up area about 1.90 ha and usable area including exhibition space, conference and congress facilities, restaurant and administration and office section of 3.6 ha.

The bus company will then move to a plot of 3.5 ha now occupied by MTS.

The remaining part of the site of roughly 4.4 ha will be used to develop office and hotel buildings with auxiliary infrastructure to complement exhibition and conference functions.
