Within the sports and recreation function it is proposed to build the construction of a hotel in the Oder’s West Bank (Lewobrzeże), the Western District, on the grounds in the Zawadzkiego - Klonowica housing estate, in direct vicinity to Szczecin’s largest park - the Arkoński Park. Its green belt park stretches from Jasne Błonia and Kasprowicz Park into Leśny Park, with its beautiful Głębokie Lake. A modern athletic stadium is located nearby. Also, the construction of a sports and exhibition hall with the capacity of ca. 5000 seats is planned there.
