The investment site is located in close vicinity to Morwowa and Radosna Streets, in the Oder’s East Bank (Prawobrzeże), Podjuchy District, next to the exit from the A6 Highway. The site faces the Bukowa Forest, with its picturesque Szmaragdowe Lake. In the neighbourhood there is a very popular with German and Swedish tourist the three-star Panorama Hotel that has been in operation since 1996. The proposed investment area is sited on a hill (altitude – ca. 90 m), which offers an impressive panoramic view of Szczecin and the Oder Valley. The future investment project would be a 15 minute-ride from the Goleniów airport, 10 minutes from the border crossing at Kołbaskowo.
